FEATURES

1. Main press machine is based on our long term experience in this field. High rigidity, safety, easy and stable operation etc. are included to the machine design.
   Since cored forging needs higher forming energy, the machine is equipped higher flywheel energy. Thus, acceptable capacity is 1.6 times to the nominal capacity.
2. Because of the mechanical lower dead point less structure, trial operation can be made easily and quickly.
3. Hydraulic operated ejector is installed inside of the machine. Thus, the foundation needs no pit. It may causes to reduce the cost of making foundation and to shorten the period of trial run.
4. Safety and long life gas springs are installed inside of the cushion. These are almost maintenance free.
5. High rigidity horizontal punch unit.
6. Ram cushion model CDV is very convenient to the simple vertical cored forging.
7. Demountable cored forging device can be detached easily. So that coreless solid forging can be operated in the short time.
8. Overload detecting device stops the machine in case of the machine overload.
9. Automatic die lubrication spray device, loading / unloading hand, suitable furnace, trimming press etc. full set options can be furnished.

NOTE

Main press machine can be selected from the model indicated below. But standard specifications are altered;

1. Flywheel energy is increased, and nominal capacity is modified one rank up. Permissible capacity is modified to 1.6 times of the nominal capacity.
2. Enlargement of the figure of Die hight and Bed area.
3. Column side opening.
4. Hydraulic ejector is installed inside of the machine.
